Chanel is one of today’s best known and most highly sought-after fashion brands, and has been one practically since it was founded by Coco Gabrielle Chanel in 1909. Her big break hit when she opened a small shop in Paris in 1910 where she sold her hats.
My aim is to design a cafe based on Chanel brand. The location and size must be chosen smartly considering targets, audience, and their needs. Cafe's design has to be strongly connected and inspired by existing brand identity and it’s well known image.

Location of your business may be one of the most important factors in determining it's succeess in the future. Everything will be influenced by it's immediate surroundings, including the amount of customers you get as well as your theme or other unique selling points.
Taking into consideration the area and nearby competition, I decided to locate my Coco Cafe at 206 Regent Street in London. It’s a posh area, surrounded with many shops and along with Oxford Street being just around the corner, it is known for being one of the most popular shopping places in London. After researching the competition factor I decided it will be a unique place for my Cafe as there aren’t many coffee shops nearby - there are mostly retail shops, bars, pubs and nightclubs.
Currently, under the adress of 2006 Regent street allocated is the main London branch of the clothing store - Jaeger. It was founded in 1884 by Lewis Tomalin, who was inspired by naturalist Gustav Jäger’s pioneering use of anti-animal fibre-based clothing. The company moved to Regent Street in 1935.
